It is exactly what it says it is; a GENTLE cleanse to kick start any weight loss diet program. I have noticed that I am feeling less bloated and have a ton more energy already and I am only 3 days into my 7 day cleanse.
I would reccommend this product to any female looking to kickstart their weightloss program or even to help jump past a "plateau" you may have hit in your diet already. I purchased this product about a year ago and it worked great, I lost about 6 lbs of water retention or waste left in my system from bad foods. Of course, I didnt do it right last time, I stopped working out and stopped my healthy eating kick and gained it all back. This time around I have kept on my health kick since January 1st so I expect better results this year. As long as you continue a good diet and continuous exercise plan, this product is pretty effective! =)
