I just posted my very first YouTube video!!! I am new at this so I am fairly shy on camera, I think with more experience and trial and error I will get better! I am also using my iPad to film, which isn't the best video quality so until I have a good camera the video quality may lag a little!!

Ben Nye Banana Powder
Oh How I *** LOVE *** my Ben Nye Banana Powder!!
I cannot express into words how much of a favourite item this has become in my makeup routine. I had read many reviews, watched endless tutorials and never took the plunge to really investigate further with the Ben Nye Banana Powder until one day, I thought why not?
I can honestly say this powder is far above any others I have ever used. I was not sent this, I purchased on my own, I believe it cost me around $26 from www.makeupmania.com - I ordered the 8 oz Jar which is WAY more then enough. Not knowing how big it would be I figured if I am going to wait to get it online I may as well go big or go home lol. BIG is an understatment, I am fairly certain this will last me quite some time. I use this powder in conjunction with my Physicians Formula Concealer... I definitely LOVE the way it makes my skin glow. Not only does it give a glowing and flawless appearance, it keeps my makeup on ALL day long. Seriously, all day. Because this is stage makeup, it is made to stay on and give you an all around flawless look. I only use this to set my concealer, which of course, I love to use basically in my whole center face for highlighting.
Below is a picture of the powder =) I usually apply this with my beauty blender (slighty damp but mostly dry) and pat it on rather then brushing or blending in my entire "T zone"

L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick - Cotton Pink
Loving this new lipstick from loreal Paris!!!! It is so super smooth...moisturizing and isn't too pigmented! I bought the "cotton pink" which for me is the perfect light pink shade without looking like a Barbie doll! It comes In a super cute tube and the colou pay off is great with one application :)

Physicians Formula - Duo Concealer
If you are a concealer junkie like I am, and have grey/blue under eye tones... I highly recommend using this concealer! Not only does it go on nice and smooth, it comes with BOTH a yellow and a Salmon/Beige colour! Both of these colours are great for hiding under eye circles and greyish tons on the inner of your face! I purchased this from Shoppers Drugmart, and I believe it was around $10-$15. I like to use this and then add my Ben Nye Banana Powder over for a finishing all day look. This concealer is great for contouring also as it is on a brush you can glide across the nose, and into your highlight areas! The only downfall is that they are small tubes so I find I have gone through it fairly quick!
Enjoy :)
Enjoy :)

Review: Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation
I have been wanting to write a review on this product for a while now but of course what is a review without a little experience on the product itself? I have been using revlon Colorstay whipped foundation for about 3 months now! It is like magic in a jar for my skin type! I tend to have very oily skin and foundation does not like to stay on all day! This one I can pledge, it stays on from morning until I wash my face at night! The color I use is in 320 Warm Golden. I apply mine with the MAC190 foundation brush and then blend it out with the Beauty Blender($28 at Sephora). I will have to do a separate post on the beauty blender!!
I love to use this foundation in conjunction with my Laura Mercier hydrating primer and Neo Strata matifying fluid! This trio keeps my skin fresh, matte and oil free all day long!!!

DIY Makeup Brush Holders
I wanted to share my new makeup brush holders! I made these myself very easily! The jars are from the dollar store ... just glass vases, I added some acrylic diamond filler from walmart, and then some letter stickers from michaels to separate the eyes and face brushes!!! Its a cute way to store and display your makeup tools :)
